Terms of Service

1. Parties

Web Translators, C. Cardenal Cisneros, 7, 52002 Melilla, Spain (the Agency) and the client placing an order (the Client).

2. Services

We provide specialist translation services including website, brochure, news, game UI, tourism, and scientific research translation. All services are delivered digitally.

3. Orders and payment

Orders placed via our website and paid through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. All prices are in euros.

4. Delivery timelines

Estrecho: 5 business days (up to 700 words). Mediterraneo: 10 business days (up to 3,500 words). Gibraltar: 18 business days (up to 15,000 words). Rush 48h add-on available for documents up to 2,000 words. Timelines begin after project confirmation.

5. Corrections

7 calendar days from delivery to request accuracy corrections at no cost. Corrections must relate to translation accuracy within the original scope.

6. Confidentiality

All content treated as confidential. Signed NDAs available on request. All collaborators sign confidentiality agreements before accessing client content.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all rights in translated work transfer to the Client.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses except as required by Spanish law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Melilla, Spain.
