Refund Policy
1. Our commitment
We stand behind every translation delivered. If there is a genuine accuracy problem, we will correct it or issue a refund as appropriate.
2. Correction period
7 calendar days from delivery. Submit to hello@web-translators.com identifying specific inaccuracies. We respond within 1 business day and complete corrections within 3 business days.
3. Full refund conditions
- We cannot deliver within the agreed timeline and work has not yet begun
- Delivered work contains systematic inaccuracies throughout
- Content does not match the agreed language pair or scope
4. Partial refund
Partial refund may apply where delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed date, or specific sections contain errors we cannot correct on a second attempt.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Stylistic differences that do not contradict the source
- Source changes made after project start
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
6. How to request
Email hello@web-translators.com with order reference and description of the issue. Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Consumer rights
Your rights under Spanish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
