Delivery Policy

Effective: January 2024

1. Digital delivery

All translation work is delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery. All services are delivered online.

2. Timelines

Estrecho: 5 business days from confirmation (up to 700 words)
Mediterraneo: 10 business days (up to 3,500 words)
Gibraltar: 18 business days (up to 15,000 words)
Rush 48h add-on: 48 hours for up to 2,000 words

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish and Melilla public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after project confirmation.

3. Confirmation

After payment you receive an automatic Stripe confirmation email. Within 1 business day a coordinator contacts you to confirm the start and delivery dates and any questions about the source content.

4. Delays

If a delay is anticipated, we notify you before the deadline with a revised date. If unacceptable, you may cancel for a full refund under our Refund Policy.

5. File formats

We deliver in the same format as the source unless otherwise specified. Supported: DOCX, PDF, HTML, XML, XLSX, PPTX, JSON, PO, XLIFF, YAML, SRT. Contact us for unusual formats before ordering.

6. Corrections

7 calendar days from delivery to request accuracy corrections at no charge. See Refund Policy for full details.
